Monday to Friday  9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Medical Office Hours

Monday to Wednesday  8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Thursdays (Dr. Svendsen is not present but we are open for patient inquiries) 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday  8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Appointment Confirmation.

We are happy to call and remind you of your appointment 48 hours in advance.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

If you cancel or reschedule with less than a 24 hour notice, a $25 fee will be charged to your individual method of payment.  If you fail to show up to your Medical Spa appointment with no notice, 25 percent of the service(s) scheduled will be charged to your method of payment.

Consultation with Dr. Svendsen and Staff

Dr. Svendsen and her staff are more than happy to provide Medical Spa consultations.  All consultations are complimentary and at no charge.

Arrival and Check-In

We ask that you arrive to the Medical Spa 15-20 minutes before your scheduled appointment.  This gives you ample time to fill out any required paper work and get comfortable before your service or treatment.

What to Wear

We invite you to wear anything that you feel comfortable in.  We gladly provide spa robes and slippers to our clients for most spa services.  Robes and slippers are also available upon request at your appointment.
